My Story

I have been doing a ton of research on general health, wellness, and longevity, and have been so motivated and inspired to be as healthy as I can be today and for the future, and I want to share those learnings, tips, and habits with you in easily-digestible, short-form content and articles.

I will also include all of the tools, foods, supplements, equipment, books, etc. that I have used – and continue to use – in my daily life in hopes it will benefit or inspire you in some way.

This “blog” as I’m calling it started off as more of a way to document and organize all of the helpful information I’ve learned from credible medical, health, science, and nutritional experts in their relevant fields of research.
